Duration of Study
The standard duration for all academic programs at Al Qasimia University is four years, with the exception of the Intensive Arabic Program.
Language of Instruction
•Arabic: The primary language of instruction for the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, College of Arts and Humanities, and College of the Holy Quran.
•Arabic and English: The languages of instruction for the College of Economics and Management and College of Communication.
•Intensive Arabic Program: New non-Arabic speaking students may be placed in this program for one or two semesters to attain proficiency in Arabic, provided they are accepted at the Language Center.
Admission Requirements
General Requirements:
•High School Education: Must have completed a minimum of three years of secondary (high) school education.
Specific Requirements for Faculties:
•College of the Holy Quran, College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, College of Arts and Humanities, and College of Communication:
•Minimum Average: At least 70%.
•College of Economics and Management:
•Minimum Average: At least 75%.
