Logo Usage Policy

This policy outlines the official guidelines for the use of Mentorsa Academy LLP’s logo and the logo of its community, Companions of Jannah, to safeguard brand integrity and intellectual property. It applies to all employees, volunteers, partners, vendors, and external entities intending to use these logos.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

1.1 The logos are the exclusive intellectual property of Mentorsa Academy LLP.
1.2 Unauthorized use of the logos is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
1.3 Internal use by employees and volunteers for official purposes (e.g., course promotions, presentations, videos, advertisements, and internal documents) requires prior approval from the Shura Body.
1.4 External parties (e.g., organizations, affiliates, partners) must obtain written permission before using the logos.

2. Prohibited Usage

2.1 The logos must not:

• Be altered, stretched, skewed, or distorted.
• Be combined with other graphics, logos, or text that modifies their original design.
• Be used in contexts that harm the academy’s reputation or conflict with its values.
• Appear on unauthorized merchandise or be used for personal gain without explicit approval.

2.2 Unauthorized reproduction, replication, or distribution of the logos is prohibited.

3. Approved Format and Design

3.1 The logos must always be used in their official format as provided by Mentorsa Academy.
3.2 Approved file formats include PNG (preferred) and other formats provided upon request for specific use cases.
3.3 A clear space must be maintained around the logo to ensure visibility and avoid overlap with other design elements.
3.4 Minimum size standards must be adhered to, ensuring the logo remains legible and professional.

4. Permission Request Process

Requests to use the logos must be submitted in writing to Mentorsa Academy at info.mentorsa@gmail.com. Requests should include:

• The purpose of the logo usage.
• The intended audience.
• Specific placement details (e.g., website, print materials, social media).

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approvals will be documented.

5. Monitoring and Compliance

5.1 The Mentorsa Academy branding team reserves the right to monitor logo usage to ensure compliance.
5.2 Instances of misuse may result in the following actions:

• Issuance of written warnings.
• Termination of agreements or partnerships.
• Legal action as deemed necessary.

5.3 Regular audits may be conducted to maintain branding consistency.

6. Policy Updates and Amendments

6.1 Mentorsa Academy reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion.
6.2 All users will be notified of significant changes in writing.

7. Acknowledgment

By using the Mentorsa Academy logo, individuals or organizations agree to comply with this policy and understand that failure to do so may result in disciplinary or legal action.
