Asdiqa Terms and Conditions

MENTORSA ACADEMY LLP is officially recognized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), India.
The Mentorsa workforce is structured into three levels:
- A1/Ashab: Founding and Executive Team
- A2/Asfiya: Project Managers and Wing Managers across all online and offline projects
- A3/Asdiqa: Entire Staff Force across all online and offline projects
By registering at the Asdiqa level, you agree to become part of the academy and comply with its rules and regulations.
Role and Expectations
- Voluntary Nature: This role is voluntary and unpaid.
- Duties: Volunteers are expected to perform assigned project tasks and other miscellaneous responsibilities to the best of their ability.
- Time Commitment: Volunteers must dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per week and inform the academy in advance if unable to meet this commitment.
- General Meeting: Volunteers must attend the monthly meeting scheduled for the first Friday at 8 PM IST every month ان شاء الله. Absences must be promptly reported to the in charge, recording should be reviewed, and a report should be submitted within a week.
Code of Conduct
- Volunteers must act respectfully, ethically, and professionally toward students, staff, and other volunteers.
- Professionalism is expected in all interactions within work channels.
- Maintain respectful and constructive communication. Avoid unregulated emotional expressions or irrelevant conversations in group settings.
- Do not engage in labeling, personal attacks, or derogatory comments. Refrain from insults, mockery, or demeaning others.
- Limit discussions to topics relevant to team objectives and Mentorsa projects.
- Avoid discussions specific to scholars or advanced students of knowledge unless explicitly relevant.
- Refrain from sharing unrelated posts, links, or materials that do not contribute to the group’s purpose.
Gender Interaction
- Avoid direct personal messaging with non-Mahram members. Address project-related concerns within designated project groups.
- For required communication with the opposite gender, ensure discussions remain focused, concise, and professional.
- Refrain from joking, using expressive emojis, or emotional responses in group communications.
Work Schedule
- Volunteers are required to fulfil the two-hour weekly commitment preferably from Monday to Friday. Weekend contributions are optional based on individual convenience.
- This schedule is applicable to all the workforce channels. However, the tasks involving participant engagement, such as posting polls, reminders, or similar activities on course platforms, must be carried out over the weekends without exception.
- Communication in work channels is not permitted between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM IST. Messages during these hours should only be sent if necessary and unavoidable, considering time zone differences.
- Volunteers are encouraged to work at their convenience and are not confined to specific time frames. However, all work channels must remain inactive between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM IST unless an urgent need arises. Late night work is not encouraged. This ensures a balance between operational efficiency and respect for personal boundaries.
Confidentiality
- Volunteers must maintain the confidentiality of academy, staff, and student information.
- All materials created during volunteering—including lesson plans, content, or designs—become the property of the academy.
- Volunteers may not use academy resources, branding, or materials for personal purposes without prior approval.
- Volunteers must adhere to all academy policies.
Conflict Resolution
- Volunteers dissatisfied with team dynamics should report their concerns to the Shura body via email at info.mentorsa@gmail.com
- The academy is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during volunteering unless proven to be associated with the academy.
- Volunteers agree to indemnify and hold the academy harmless from claims arising from their actions or omissions during their service.
Termination
- Volunteers can resign anytime with a minimum two-week advance notice. A resignation letter should be sent to hr.mentorsa@gmail.com.
- The academy reserves the right to terminate the volunteer agreement without prior notice if the volunteer fails to meet expectations or violates these terms.
Mentorsa Academy reserves the right to update these terms and will notify volunteers of any significant changes.
Upon application approval, a confirmation letter will be sent to the provided email address
